For first timers, come along in whatever gym clothes that makes you feel comfortable. Normal gym clothing like a tank top and shorts or knee length leggings/gym pants are perfect.
For higher levels you’ll need more bare skin to grip the pole, but shorts are not required for first timers.
Come to class with no lotion or oil on your skin.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a small towel because you're gonna sweat ;)
